Trainer & Coach
Training & Coaching by Matthias Ryffel
As a certified and experienced mediator, Matthias has led numerous teams and groups of up to 30 people through challenging conflict resolution processes. He regularly coaches employees of Swiss universities, business people, and private individuals in managing conflict and change. He trains professional mediators and leads courses on personal development and leadership.
Matthias feels at his best when he can guide people into their potential by tapping into the powerful resources, mirrors, and challenges we find in nature. Having dedicated a large part of his life to outdoor activities, it's natural for Matthias to focus on nature-based approaches to psychology and personal development. With ChangePerspective, he makes it his mission, not least of all, to bring people back to their authentic, untamed selves and bring the wilderness back into our lives. Because nowhere is it easier to access our power and develop ourselves than out there.
