Fall & Winter Retreat:
Conflict Transformation

Transforming conflicts through inner work and self-clarification .

For two days we roam the wild  Diemtigtal. Hiking, under the stars and around the campfire, we create a powerful, trusting and appreciative environment in which to enter into a sincere confrontation with oneself. What part of the conflict can I take on? Where do I want to stand up for my needs? Where do I set my limits? What can I let go of? Radical honesty. Appreciation. Self Acceptance. Empathy. Personal responsibility.
