Coaching. Mediation.
Team development. Training. Facilitation.
Wilderness Retreats.

I don't want to die an unlived life. I don't want to live in fear of falling or catching fire.

I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible;
to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch,
a promise.

I choose to risk my significance, to live so that which came to me as seed goes to the next as blossom, and that which came to me as blossom, goes on as fruit.

Change Perspective Work Life Balance (10).jpeg

Leadership Coaching

Leadership means staying clear under pressure – in your own role, in conflicts, in change processes. That is exactly where our coaching begins.

You work on a concrete challenge: a difficult leadership transition, a conflict in your team, an upcoming decision – or your leadership role as a whole.

In coaching, you gain distance from your own situation, examine your patterns of action and develop new approaches that fit you and your environment. We don't work on the factual level alone: effective leadership development draws equally on thinking, body signals and emotions.

You develop the solutions yourself. I provide the structure, an honest outside perspective – and the questions that move you forward.

Typical occasions: Taking on a new leadership role · Conflicts within the team or with superiors · Preparing for difficult conversations and negotiations · Taking stock after several years in the role.

Format: Preliminary conversation to clarify goals (if desired, with your manager and HR). Individual sessions of 60–90 minutes. Packages of 5–8 sessions over 3–6 months are typical, with a clear goal agreement at the outset. On-site and remote.

Mediation & Conflict Management

Conflicts in organizations don't disappear on their own. They go underground – and quietly drain your performance, health and key people.

We support parties in conflict in resolving deadlocked and developing solutions that hold: between two individuals, within teams, or between entire departments. The process is confidential, impartial toward all sides, and leads to concrete, written agreements.

In complex situations, we start with a conflict analysis. Confidential one-on-one conversations with those involved reveal what the conflict is really about, who needs to be included, and which approach promises success – mediation, facilitated resolution, conflict coaching, team intervention, conflict training, or a combination. You receive a clear recommendation with approach, timeframe and cost ceiling before you decide on the next step.

For organizations that want to prevent conflict: Beyond the individual case, we advise on building systematic conflict management – points of contact, escalation paths, conflict skills for leaders. So that future conflicts are recognized earlier and resolved internally.

Typical occasions: Blocked collaboration between teams or departments · Conflicts between a leader and their team · Tensions after reorganizations or leadership changes · Risk of losing key people · Poor working atmosphere

Formats: Contracting with the commissioning party → confidential one-on-one conversations → joint resolution sessions → written agreements. Remote and on-site.

Culture & team development

How a team works together determines its performance – and this shows most clearly when things get difficult.

We work with teams that want to develop their collaboration deliberately: after reorganizations, in new constellations – or before growing tensions become a case for mediation. The focus is on the issues that find no place in day-to-day business: unspoken expectations, unclear roles, differing ideas of what good collaboration looks like.

The result is not posters for the meeting room, but concrete agreements: How do we decide? How do we address conflicts? Who is responsible for what? If a pattern runs through several teams, I work with leadership and staff on the culture over several months – in stages, with measurable milestones.

Typical occasions: Newly formed or merged teams · Creeping loss of trust · Stabilization after a mediation · Distributed teams losing their cohesion

Format: From a one-day workshop to ongoing support over 6–12 months. Goal agreement at the outset, impact review at the end. Remote and on-site.

Training & learning processes

Training works when it starts from real practice – not from the textbook.

We design and deliver tailored trainings and longer learning journeys in conflict management, leadership, negotiation and collaboration – from a half-day impulse session to a multi-module program.

No off-the-shelf training: content, case examples and exercises are built from your practice, so that what is learned can be applied the Monday after.

Focus areas: Mediation and conflict resolution · Negotiation · Self-management and leading under pressure

Format: Single trainings, module series, or support for entire learning processes over several months. Remote and on-site.

Facilitation & Moderation

Some meetings are too important and too sensitive to run ad hoc or facilitate internally.

We offer facilitation where an impartial, mediation-informed approach makes the difference: at retreats with contentious topics, in decisions involving many participants, at events where leadership wants to take part in the discussion instead of having to moderate it.

Structured process leadership and mediation-based conversation techniques ensure that all perspectives get on the table – and that the meeting ends with a result.

Typical occasions: Strategy and leadership retreats · Decision-making processes with many stakeholders · Large-group events and participatory processes · Meetings with a tense starting position.

Format: From a single session to a multi-stage participation process. Preparation with the commissioning party, clear process design, written documentation of results on request. Remote and on-site.

Wild Side - Wilderness Retretas

In the seminar room, we talk about behaviour change. Outdoors, we do it.

For teams and individuals who want to go deeper, I move development processes into the outdoors: mountain hiking, surfing, or bivouacking. Real situations with genuine uncertainties and challenges reveal what no simulation can: how someone decides, communicates and leads when it matters. The experiences are systematically debriefed and translated into everyday leadership and teamwork. The experience is the means, not the end.

Safety is part of the concept: where technical sports are part of the program, we additionally work with mountain guides, climbing or surf instructors. The risk is calculated – the experience is real.

Format: Full-day team sequences as part of an ongoing development process · Multi-day retreats · One-on-one coaching in the outdoors.
