Where we come from
ChangePerspective was founded in 2020 as a consulting company with a focus on conflict transformation, expanding to include personnel, cultural and organizational development. We stand for finely attuned support that creatively and courageously combines proven craftsmanship with innovative methods. ChangePerspective is also characterized by the play with nature and the elements, which we skillfully use as a mirror and reference framework for process work. Supporting a conscious approach to oneself is our contribution to the change towards a more sustainable relationship with earth.
