With a background as a law graduate and founder of her own company, Johanna specializes in business mediation. She loves to work in open, creative environments and boldly pursues innovative solutions.

 

Kaspar is one of those people who walk between many different worlds and communities - with the aim of finding inspiration and connecting them with each other. Over the past 20 years, he has worked as a facilitator, coach and consultant, but has also gained experience in leadership roles as a CEO and founder, thus getting to know both areas.

He is particularly passionate about pioneering work and finding and testing new systems that serve us better than the existing ones. Kaspar is convinced that inner work is a crucial part of this process. For him, access to this lies primarily in the practice of Vipassana and the Conscious Leadership Group.

Kaspar has a deep appreciation for nature, especially for wild places like Cape Town (South Africa), where he spent ten years of his life.
